Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP BTP ABAP Consultant to support SAP BTP application development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP Cloud development, RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP BTP ABAP Environment. The consultant will work closely with functional and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications in SAP BTP ABAP Environment (Steampunk).
- Develop and enhance applications using RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- Create and optimize CDS Views, Business Objects, and Service Definitions.
- Develop and expose OData V4 services.
- Build cloud-compliant ABAP solutions following SAP Clean Core principles.
- Develop integrations between SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Work with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and Eclipse ADT.
- Consume and expose REST APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with Fiori/UI5 developers and Solution Architects.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Support deployment and transport management activities.
