We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making across various functions.
Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Klaimify, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to help business teams make informed decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify trends, measure performance, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data insights and visualizations.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management review.
- Support data governance initiatives and maintain documentation of reports and datasets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX functions, data modeling, and report publishing.
- Good understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data analytics methodologies and KPI reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Understanding of business intelligence and reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, SQL, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
