Title: Sr. System Admin- Infra Support

Role Overview:
The IT Infra Support Engineer will lead day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, focusing on system and network support, cloud services, and vendor coordination. This role involves managing escalations, ensuring service delivery, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee IT infrastructure operations and support, including cloud (Azure/AWS) and data center activities.
· Lead and manage Level 2 support, handling escalations and troubleshooting.
· Ensure IT service processes and policies are followed, improving efficiency and minimizing issues.
· Manage IT infrastructure projects, such as system transitions and process improvements.
· Prepare management reports, dashboards, and track KPIs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and infrastructure management.
Skills & Experience:
· 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and support.
· Strong background in cloud services (Azure/AWS), system administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization (VMware).
· Proficiency in cloud operations, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network management.
· Experience in managing IT projects, vendor coordination, and data center operations.
· Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
· Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog) and automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
