Responsibilities:

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

Lead and support the design of electrical systems including medium and low-voltage substations, power distribution, lighting, and grounding.
Develop detailed design drawings and construction documents using Revit in accordance with project standards.
Perform electrical calculations including load analysis, short circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies using tools like SKM or ETAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, structural, architectural, and civil disciplines.
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE and other applicable codes and standards.
Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and construction support activities such as RFI responses and submittal reviews.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for large, complex industrial or manufacturing projects.
Proficiency in Revit for electrical design is required.
Experience with SKM, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office suite.
Strong understanding of U.S. electrical codes and standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Should be flexible to work in the evening hours to maintain communication with the USA stakeholders.

Preferred experience:

Experience with Automative, Battery Manufacturing, FMCG, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
Experience with data center design is a plus.
Prior experience in a consulting engineering environment.
