We are hiring a Back Office Sales Coordinator to support our CNC machine sales and operations team. The role involves handling backend coordination, maintaining records, managing client communication, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related activities.
This position requires strong organizational skills, follow-up ability, documentation handling, and coordination between internal departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and management for daily backend operations
- Handle client communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Prepare and manage quotations, PI, invoices, and sales documents
- Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and sales records
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and dispatch status
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and daily updates
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, service, and operations teams
- Track order processing and ensure timely documentation
- Maintain proper filing of customer and sales-related document.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP software
- Experience or interest in industrial products, machinery, or CNC-related industries
- Good documentation and coordination skills
