Job Summary
The Executive – Export shall be responsible for managing export operations, documentation, regulatory compliance, customer coordination, and shipment execution to ensure timely and compliant delivery of dental pharmaceutical products to international markets.
Key Responsibilities1. Export Documentation
- Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and other regulatory documents.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipment documents.
- Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and customer requirements.
2. Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch of export orders.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and management.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations,
- Coordinate for product registrations, certifications, and export-related approvals as required.
- Maintain records required for audits and regulatory inspections.
4. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with international customers regarding order processing, shipment schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Accounts departments for order fulfillment.
- Resolve shipment and documentation-related issues promptly.
5. Export Order Management
- Process export orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Monitor order status and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
- Maintain export sales data and prepare periodic reports.
6. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain export databases, shipment records, and documentation files.
- Prepare monthly export reports, shipment status reports, and management updates.
- Support internal and external audits related to export activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dental healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of export documentation, international logistics, DGFT regulations, and customs procedures.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
