Job Description: SEO Executive (Full-Stack)

Location: Bavdhan, Pune (On-site)
Experience: 2 Years (Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, technical, and data-driven SEO Executive to manage the organic search strategy across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate is not just a keyword researcher but a search strategist who understands modern web frameworks (Next.js) and AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO).

The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of SEO strategies, including technical audits, on-page optimization, content strategy, analytics, and high-quality backlink acquisition.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical & On-Page SEOPlatform Management

Implement SEO best practices across WordPress, Wix, and Next.js websites.
Coordinate with developers to ensure SEO-friendly website structures.

On-Page Optimization

Manage and optimize:
Meta titles and descriptions
Header tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.)
Internal linking structures
Image optimization

Technical SEO

Conduct regular technical SEO audits.
Identify and resolve crawl errors and indexing issues.
Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
Implement and manage:
Schema Markup (JSON-LD)
XML Sitemaps
Robots.txt files

Modern Search Optimization

Optimize content for:
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Improve brand visibility in AI-powered search platforms such as Google SGE and Perplexity.

2. Off-Page SEO & GrowthAuthority Building

Execute ethical ("White-Hat") link-building strategies.
Acquire high-quality backlinks through:
Guest posting
Niche edits
Outreach campaigns using Pitchbox or similar tools

Content Strategy

Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams.
Ensure all content is SEO-focused and aligned with search intent.
Maintain high readability and E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards.

3. Analytics & ReportingPerformance Monitoring

Monitor website health using Google Search Console.
Track website traffic and user behavior through Google Analytics (GA4).
Analyze keyword rankings and SEO performance regularly.

Competitor Research

Use SEMRush and Ahrefs to:
Identify keyword opportunities
Analyze competitors
Discover backlink opportunities

Reporting

Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and presentations using:
Google Slides
Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile management.

SEO workflow optimization
