Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer (MERN + Go/Python Specialist)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: Based on experience

Job Description

concurrency polyglot micro-services architecture. You will have a seat at the table for all architectural decisions.

As a Engineer, you won't just be writing tickets; you'll be architecting a platform designed to serve thousands of users across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

SaaS Transformation: Refactor existing MERN stack code into a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation.

Technical Audit: Conduct a deep-dive audit of the prebuilt MERN stack code to identify security flaws, technical debt, and SaaS-readiness.

Micro-services Bridge: Design and implement gRPC or Message Broker (RabbitMQ)

communication between Node.js, Go, and Python services.

Micro-services Development: Build high-speed "Food" modules using Golang and logistics/route optimization engines using Python.

Real-time Systems: Maintain and optimize Socket.io and Redis-based tracking for the taxi core.

White-Labeling: Develop a dynamic theme engine in React to support unique branding for every SaaS client.

Infrastructure: Manage Dockerized deployments and ensure "Regina-proof" system reliability during extreme demand peaks.

Intelligent Logistics: Develop Python-based algorithms for route optimization, multi-drop delivery, and "Winter Surcharge" surge pricing.

Requirements:

Tech Stack: 3+ years of experience with Node.js (Express) and React.

Polyglot Mindset: Proficiency (or strong desire to master) Golang and Python.

Architecture: Experience with MongoDB and at least one relational database

(PostgreSQL preferred).

Ownership: Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean team of two.

Technical Must-Haves:

Node.js(Express)/React: 3+ years of professional experience with the MERN stack.

Polyglot Ability: Proven experience with Golang (concurrency/goroutines) and Python (FastAPI/Data processing).

Database: Expert knowledge of MongoDB (Aggregations/Indexing) and Redis-based.

Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DO/AWS/GCP.
