Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Year of Graduation: 2023, 2024, or 2025

Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) .
Key Skills & Knowledge Areas:
-
Strong fundamentals in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering concepts
-
Knowledge of CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA (added advantage)
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Knowledge of Power BI, Data Science would be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Roles & Responsibilities:

Support design and development activities within the assigned engineering team

Assist in preparing and updating CAD models, drawings, and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvement initiatives
-
Learn and apply Volvo’s engineering standards and procedures
-
Participate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparation
-
Support ongoing engineering and manufacturing operations as part of the learning process
