Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can build real product features across frontend, backend, database, APIs, and integrations.
This role is not for someone who only has tutorial or college project experience. We need someone who has worked on real web applications and can understand an existing codebase, pick up a feature, build it end-to-end, test it locally, and deliver it with limited hand-holding.
You will work on products such as AI chat assistants, SaaS platforms, dashboards, B2B portals, automation tools, and internal business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build user-facing screens, dashboards, forms, and workflows using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Write, extend, and debug REST APIs using NestJS / Node.js and FastAPI / Python.
- Work with PostgreSQL, including queries, joins, indexes, migrations, transactions, and basic schema design.
- Integrate third-party APIs such as AI/LLM providers, messaging tools, email services, payment systems, and affiliate platforms.
- Build and improve AI/chatbot features within existing product architecture.
- Run, debug, and test full-stack applications locally using Docker and docker-compose.
- Read existing codebases, understand the structure, and safely extend features.
- Work with Git, command line tools, and standard development workflows.
- Coordinate with team members to understand requirements and deliver complete features.
- Use AI tools smartly to improve development speed, debugging, and productivity.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience building real web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
- Practical experience with Next.js.
- Backend development experience with NestJS / Node.js or FastAPI / Python.
- Comfortable working with both Node.js and Python-based services.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL / SQL, including joins, indexes, transactions, and migrations.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs.
- Comfortable using Git, terminal/command line, Docker, and docker-compose.
- Ability to run and debug a multi-service application locally.
- Ability to understand an unfamiliar codebase and deliver correct changes independently.
- Good problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar providers.
- Experience building chatbot, automation, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or dashboard-based products.
- Basic understanding of background jobs, queues, caching, and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with authentication, role-based access control, and multi-tenant systems.
- Experience working with production applications or client-facing projects.

This role is not suitable for candidates who have only worked on basic tutorials, static websites, or small college projects. We are looking for someone who has experience with real applications and can contribute to production codebases.
