About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will own the complete lifecycle of our mobile applications — from development through production releases on both the Play Store and App Store. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven engineer who thrives on building polished, production-grade mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete lifecycle of Flutter mobile applications — from development to production releases on both platforms.
Build, maintain, and optimize features using feature-first architecture for scalable and maintainable codebases.
Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, authentication flows, and real-time features (WebSockets).
Debug and resolve Android and iOS platform-specific issues including Gradle, signing, Xcode, provisioning profiles, and CocoaPods.
Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments to ensure fast, reliable release cycles.
Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
Collaborate with backend and design teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.

Required Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development
Strong knowledge of Flutter 3.x and Dart programming language
Experience with state management solutions such as GetX, Riverpod, and BLoC
Good understanding of Clean Architecture and MVVM architecture patterns
Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and handling authentication flows
Experience with third-party SDK integrations
Knowledge of Firebase services (Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, etc.)
Hands-on experience managing Play Store and App Store releases
At least 2 production apps published on both Play Store and App Store
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing

Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or community projects
