ABOUT THE ROLE & COMPANY OBJECTIVE
We are an emerging B2B brand building next-generation service/software solutions for the US and IndianSMB/Midmarket enterprise markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Intern to take hands-on ownership of our growth sandbox.
This role operates like an "Entrepreneur-in-Residence" program. You will not be handling low-level administrative work; you will be building a multi-channel inbound lead engine from scratch. You will have full strategic autonomy to write copy, launch campaigns, create presentation decks, and experiment with video content.
About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 0 to 2 years of experience to take complete, hands-on ownership of our growth engine. In this role, you will be a "one-person marketing studio"—combining lead-generation strategy with modern content creation.
Your primary goal is to build a highly visible online brand and generate qualified inbound leads for the US and Indian B2B markets. You will have the creative freedom to design campaigns, write copy, build presentation decks, and create video content from scratch. Because this is a lean setup, you will work with high autonomy, making it the perfect role for a self-starter who wants to build a world-class portfolio of growth systems.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)1. Sales Enablement & Content Creation (The Creative Engine)
- Collateral & PPT Design: Create visually compelling client-facing PowerPoint/Google Slides presentation decks, one-pagers, and sales brochures.
- Case Studies: Interview internal stakeholders or research outcomes to draft, design, and format high-converting customer success stories and case studies.
- Video Creation & Editing: Produce short-form video content (for LinkedIn, YouTube, or social channels). This includes writing simple video scripts, recording on-screen talent or screen-shares, and handling basic video editing (adding subtitles, cuts, and transitions using tools like CapCut or Premiere).
- Asynchronous Demos: Create engaging product/service walkthroughs and demo videos using tools like Loom to help prospects understand our value proposition before booking a live call.
2. Inbound Lead Generation & Marketing Funnels
- Inbound Campaigns: Plan, execute, and scale multi-channel digital campaigns (organic) targeting decision-makers in the US and Indian markets.
- Social Media: Own our LinkedIn presence. Write compelling, high-engagement organic text and visual posts, manage company pages, and execute outbound networking strategies.
- Email Marketing: Design, launch, and manage automated cold email sequences and regular value-driven newsletters to nurture our subscriber base.
- Landing Page Optimization: Design and optimize simple, modern landing pages, aligning the copy and graphics to maximize visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
- Calling and Follow-Up With the Prospective Clients
Requirements & Qualifications (Who You Are)
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a creative multimedia role (B2B SaaS or services experience is a massive plus).
- Design & Video Literacy: Basic hands-on experience with visual creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software). You don't need to be an expert animator, but you must have a clean, professional aesthetic eye.
- Exceptional Written Communication: You must write clear, professional, and highly persuasive English copy tailored to a sophisticated US business audience.
- Advanced Professional English: Must possess top-tier written and verbal English communication skills, specifically suited for communicating with US-based CEOs, founders, and corporate stakeholders.
- Owner Mindset: You don't wait to be told what to do. You are comfortable researching best practices, setting your own daily tasks, and experimenting with new growth hacks.
- Asynchronous Champion: Excellent organizational skills. Because you will be working with a high degree of independence, you must be a proactive communicator who provides transparent updates.
