We are looking for a dynamic Implementation Consultant to join our team at STITCH MES. You will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing STITCH MES projects at garment manufacturing client sites across India and overseas. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will be responsible for end-to-end deployment, configuration, training, and go-live support of the STITCH Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of apparel manufacturing operations and experience working with MES/ERP systems.

Lead end-to-end STITCH MES implementation at client sites, from requirement gathering and system configuration through to UAT and go-live.

Conduct detailed business process analysis and gap assessments against STITCH MES capabilities.

Configure modules including production planning, WIP tracking, efficiency reporting, and operator management.

Coordinate with ERP integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between MES and upstream/downstream systems.

Conduct regular project status updates, monitor progress, and promptly address project roadblocks or deviations from plan.

Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and user training sessions for production teams, IE teams, supervisors, and management users.

Prepare and maintain implementation documentation including SOPs, configuration guides, and training manuals.

Participate in milestone reviews, steering committee meetings, and status reporting to client leadership.

Provide hypercare and post-implementation support, resolving operational and technical issues to ensure seamless adoption.

Monitor KPI dashboards and factory adoption metrics, recommending corrective actions where required.

Collect product feedback from clients and collaborate with internal product teams for continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for additional modules or integrations that can benefit the client.

Utilize an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges encountered during MES implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

3–4 years of experience in Garment Manufacturing, Apparel, Home Furnishings, Textile, Leather Goods, or related industries.

Prior hands-on experience with MES, ERP, or factory digitization projects is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing workflows including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Quality, and Shipping.

Familiarity with ERP concepts such as Production Orders, BOM, Routing, and WIP, and how MES integrates with ERP systems.

Understanding of Industrial Engineering metrics such as Efficiency, SAM, Throughput, and Machine Utilization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to BI tools or dashboards is an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact effectively with clients, shop-floor teams, and senior stakeholders.

Proven track record of managing or contributing to software implementation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to manage multiple implementation work streams simultaneously.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively to client sites across India and overseas. Extended on-site assignments may be required.
