About the Role
We are hiring a creative UI/UX Designer to join our product and engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role for freshers or junior designers (0 to 2 years of experience) who are passionate about crafting intuitive user journeys and beautiful digital interfaces. Candidates who can expand their creative skillset into graphic design and video editing will have a massive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Design wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications using Penpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers and engineers to ensure design mockups are accurately structured and translated into final production code.
- Graphic Design: Create visually striking marketing graphics, social media creatives, brochures, and brand assets.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form promotional videos, feature walkthroughs, or motion graphics for our products and social media platforms.
- Standardize design systems, UI components, typography, and layouts across projects.

Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (open to freshers with a strong design portfolio).
- Core Tools: Experience working with Penpot, and you also should know how to use Figma (required).
- Bonus Skills (Plus Points): Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing and graphic design software.
- Skills: Good eye for clean layouts, typography, color theory, and user psychology.
- Mindset: Highly creative, attentive to detail, and adaptive to constructive feedback.
