Job Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend systems using Spring Boot and Microservices.
Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions.
Guide the team on best practices in REST API development, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native design.
Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Mentor and support team members in technical growth and productivity.
Collaborate with DevOps for containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend technologies.
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security, and related frameworks.
Strong experience in designing and implementing Microservices using Java.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2/JWT, and API gateways.
Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and asynchronous communication.
Hands-on experience with Relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
Proven expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Proficient in using CI/CD tools, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented principles, and TDD.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
