About the role:
The Multimedia Learning Specialist combines expertise in videography, graphic design, and animation with learning science to create captivating and effective learning materials for a global audience.
The role is accountable for:
Delivering a world-class learning offer aligned to our business strategy and priorities. Creating engaging learning materials across a range of media including websites, Rise, Articulate, film and more.
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Development, the role partners closely with enabling functions such as HR, Finance, D&T as well as across our in-market org units to make sure learning is relevant and fit for our audiences.
Role Responsibilities
Video Production
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality instructional videos that enhance the learning experience, with a particular emphasis on short “tik tok or instragram” style content (in the corporate brand style) that take inspiration from the influencer/marketer to land simple, powerful messages very quickly.
Collaborate with other learning designers and subject matter experts to script and storyboard video content.
Graphic Design:
Develop visually appealing and cohesive graphic elements for various learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and print materials.
Ensure all visual content aligns with the organization's branding and design guidelines.
Animation:
Create engaging animations to illustrate complex concepts and enhance the overall learning experience.
Collaborate with instructional designers to integrate animations seamlessly into e-learning modules.
Multimedia Integration:
Work closely with learning designers to integrate videos, graphics, and animations into comprehensive learning programs.
Ensure multimedia elements align with instructional objectives and enhance learner engagement.

Cross-functional working:
Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, including leaders, managers, learning designers, learning developers, and subject matter experts.12. Incorporate feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of multimedia content.
