Full job description

Job Description: Founding / Lead SDR

Experience: 2–4 Years in B2B SaaS (Construction-tech or Fintech preferred)

Reporting to: Founder - Sales

The Challenge The construction industry doesn't buy over boring emails. They buy through trust, persistence, and seeing immediate ROI. As our Founding SDR, you will be the first point of contact for every builder, contractor, and developer in our pipeline. You won't just "execute" a process—you will build the outbound engine from scratch.

Your Mission

Build the Playbook: Create the "Aasaan Way" for cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and WhatsApp sequences. You’ll test what works and document it for future hires.

● Lead Qualification: Turn cold "suspects" into "qualified prospects." You are the gatekeeper; you ensure our AEs only spend time on high-intent demos.

● Pipeline Management: Own the top-of-the-funnel. You will manage the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Apollo/Zoho) and ensure no lead "leaks" out of the system.

● The "AI-First" Approach: Leverage Aasaan’s own AI capabilities (and external tools) to personalize outreach at scale. No generic "Hi Sir" emails.

● Team Building: Within 3-6 months, you will help hire, onboard, and manage a team of SDR interns and juniors.

Who You Are

● The Architect: You’ve been an SDR at a high-growth SaaS startup and know how to set up sequences, verify emails, and bypass gatekeepers.

● The Construction Whisperer: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to a site owner or a project head. You can simplify complex AI/ERP jargon into "This will save you 2 hours a day."

● Data-Driven: You live in the CRM. You know your "Dial-to-Connect" and "Connect-to-Meeting" ratios by heart.

● Ambitious: You want to move from "Lead SDR" to "SDR Manager" or "Head of Growth" as we scale.
