Shankheshwar Design Sphere Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer & Renderer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, excellent knowledge of interior materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes, and the ability to create highly realistic interior and exterior renderings.
The candidate should be capable of understanding design intent quickly and transforming concepts, drawings, and references into compelling photorealistic visuals that assist clients in visualizing the final outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Develop interior and exterior 3D models based on AutoCAD drawings, sketches, design concepts, and reference images.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, accessories, landscaping, and décor elements to achieve high-end presentation quality.
- Maintain and organize libraries of furniture, lighting fixtures, décor accessories, vegetation, and architectural components.
- Source and utilize appropriate 3D models, object libraries, and material libraries to enhance project presentations.
- Understand project requirements quickly and convert them into visually appealing renders within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to achieve desired design outcomes.
- Perform post-production and image enhancement to improve rendering quality and presentation standards.
- Create walkthrough animations and presentation videos whenever required.
- Ensure consistency in rendering quality, material representation, and lighting across projects.
Required Technical Skills
Must Have
- Expert-level proficiency in 3DS Max.
- Strong knowledge of Corona Renderer.
- Good working knowledge of Lumion.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Interior materials and finishes
- Furniture detailing
- Lighting design and effects
- Color schemes and textures
- Architectural and interior detailing

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, Visualization, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural and interior visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
