Role Summary
The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, builds, tests, and deploys scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities. This role partners with business stakeholders, admins, and integration teams to deliver reliable automation, integrations, and user experiences while maintaining strong engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, and approval processes

Deliver end-to-end features: requirements clarification, technical design, development, testing, release, and post-deployment support

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs), using middleware such as Make.com/Jitterbit/Etc. when appropriate

Implement data models, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing, role hierarchy), and performance best practices

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventative fixes

Partner with Salesforce Administrators on declarative vs programmatic approach decisions

Install/Configure/Remove managed packages

Create, Configure, maintain connected apps

Create and maintain clear technical documentation for implemented solutions and integrations
Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)

Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization
-
Experience with Salesforce security and data access patterns (sharing, CRUD/FLS enforcement)

Proven experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification

Experience with Service Cloud features (Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge)

Experience with asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Platform Events)

Experience with Salesforce CPQ & Experience Cloud

Familiarity with release management in Salesforce environments and working across sandboxes

Familiarity with building and utilizing AI Agents
