Description
As a Senior SAP Consultant , you will be responsible for leading SAP consulting engagements, designing enterprise SAP solutions, and driving successful implementation and delivery for clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership teams to define solution strategies, architect scalable SAP solutions, and ensure delivery excellence. This role requires strong expertise across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP enterprise solutions , along with consulting, architecture, and client engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities
You will be working as a Senior SAP Consultant, collaborating with clients, sales teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and implement enterprise SAP solutions. You would be required to participate in pre-sales activities, business workshops, architecture discussions, and delivery governance.
Your key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading pre-sales and client acquisition activities including RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution proposals, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Designing end-to-end SAP enterprise solutions across:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)
- Materials Management (MM)
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Production Planning (PP)
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Quality Management (QM)
- Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
- Architecting SAP solutions covering SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and third-party integrations .
- Defining technical standards, enhancement strategies, integration patterns, and development guidelines for SAP delivery teams.
- Conducting business process workshops, requirement discussions, fit-gap analysis, and executive-level solution reviews.
- Managing SAP implementation lifecycle activities including design reviews, testing strategy, deployment planning, and go-live support.
- Ensuring adherence to SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate / ASAP .
- Developing reusable assets, delivery frameworks, documentation, and best practices for SAP practice growth.
- Mentoring SAP consultants and supporting internal capability development initiatives.
Required Skills
Primary Technical Skills:
- 8–9 years of total IT experience with 5+ years of SAP implementation, consulting, and architecture experience .
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise & Cloud) and SAP ECC environments.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
