The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional communicator, researcher, and strategic thinker to work directly with our Founder & CEO.
This is not a traditional SDR, PR, marketing, or executive assistant role.
Your job is to help create meaningful relationships with investors, executives, industry leaders, strategic partners, and future customers.
You will research people deeply, understand what matters to them, craft highly personalized outreach, develop engagement strategies, and help ensure the right conversations end up on the founder's calendar.
You will effectively become an extension of the founder's brain.
What You'll Do
Investor Intelligence
- Research venture capital firms, family offices, strategic investors, and corporate venture groups
- Build detailed investment theses and partner profiles
- Identify relationship pathways and warm introduction opportunities
- Maintain investor CRM and engagement workflows
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and fundraising priorities
Executive Communications
- Draft highly personalized investor and executive outreach emails
- Create meeting preparation briefs
- Develop strategic follow-up sequences
- Prepare talking points, narratives, and positioning documents
- Ensure communication quality remains world class
Strategic Research
- Analyze industries, markets, companies, and emerging trends
- Research executives before meetings
- Understand organizational priorities and decision-making structures
- Convert research into actionable insights
Founder Office Support
- Prioritize outreach opportunities
- Coordinate relationship-building initiatives
- Help manage special projects related to fundraising, partnerships, and corporate development
- Improve founder leverage across communications and relationship management

Compensation
Competitive based on experience.
High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, or Founder Office leadership role as the company scales.
