Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

Role Summary
Project Coordinator (Logistics) responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking logistics projects to ensure timely material flow, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities (inbound, outbound, storage, dispatch)
- Track and ensure on-time delivery and dispatch performance
- Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, freight cost, inventory turn, transit lead time)
- Drive cost optimization initiatives (freight, packaging, handling)
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Transporters, Warehouse, and Production teams
- Track project timelines, risks, and ensure closure of action items
- Support inventory planning and control to avoid shortages/excess
