About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and leading the development of scalable digital platforms across Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Desktop Applications, APIs, Cloud Infrastructure, and Enterprise Systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall technical strategy, system architecture, technology stack, development standards, security framework, scalability roadmap, and engineering best practices. The Technical Architect will work closely with Product Managers, Development Teams, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to build high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud-native systems, distributed applications, microservices, API design, security, performance optimization, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
System Architecture & Solution Design
- Design end-to-end architecture for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Desktop Applications, and Backend Systems.
- Create scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
- Define application structure, data flow, integration patterns, and deployment models.
- Design cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
- Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and third-party integrations.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction to development teams.
- Review architecture, code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Mentor senior developers and engineering teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical audits.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Application Development Oversight
- Guide development of:

Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture
- Design cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Design high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Security & Compliance
- Define application security standards.
- Implement authentication and authorization frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct security assessments and architecture reviews.
- Implement data protection and privacy controls.
Database & Data Architecture
- Design scalable database architectures.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- Define data governance and backup strategies.
- Implement data integration and reporting frameworks.
Integration & API Architecture
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Architect third-party integrations.
- Define API security, versioning, and documentation standards.
- Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures where required.
Performance & Scalability
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Design systems capable of handling large-scale traffic and transactions.
- Implement caching, load balancing, and monitoring solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in Technical Architect or Solution Architect role.

- Experience leading multi-disciplinary development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
