Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in .NET MAUI, Blazor Hybrid, and Full-Stack .NET Development to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade cross-platform applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable applications across Android, iOS, and Web platforms, leveraging modern .NET technologies, cloud-native architectures, and Azure services. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development capabilities, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving architectural best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design:
- Define and drive the end-to-end architecture for cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI and Blazor Hybrid.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile and web solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead architectural decisions around application frameworks, cloud services, data models, and integration patterns.
- Ensure maximum code reuse across web and mobile platforms through Blazor WebView and shared component libraries.
Mobile Application Development
- Architect and develop enterprise mobile applications for Android and iOS using .NET MAUI.
- Implement platform-specific integrations while maintaining a robust shared codebase.
- Ensure application performance, security, accessibility, reliability, and battery optimization.
Full-Stack Development
- Design and oversee development of:
- Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API, Microservices, Entity Framework Core
- Frontend: Blazor Server, Blazor WebAssembly, Razor Components
- Mobile: .NET MAUI, BlazorWebView, MVVM Architecture
Cloud & DevOps
- Architect cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Define CI/CD strategies and deployment pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, logging, security, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish automation and release management processes.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical leadership to mobile, web, and backend development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring sessions.
- Drive engineering excellence through coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, QA, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and modern software engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
