Job Summary

As a UI/UX & Graphic Design Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and online training sessions on modern UI/UX principles, graphic design, prototyping, branding, and design tools. You will mentor students, guide them through portfolio development, and help them become industry-ready designers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions.
Teach UI Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, and Design Thinking.
Explain design principles using practical examples and real-world case studies.
Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, and live projects.
Train students in industry-standard design tools.
Guide students in creating professional portfolios and case studies.
Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
Keep course content updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
Mentor students for internships and placement preparation.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and design reviews.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve learning materials.
Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assessments, and project reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
UI/UX or Graphic Design certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

1–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Graphic Design.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.
Experience working on live client or product-based projects.
