We are looking for experienced Educators who aspire to contribute beyond classroom teaching and play an active role in building a high-performing Academic Institution.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality classroom and online sessions for NEET, IIT-JEE, KCET, COMEDK and, where applicable, School Academics.
* Work closely with the Founder in designing academic frameworks, annual curriculum plans, teaching methodologies, assessment structures and learning resources.
* Develop lesson plans, assignments, question banks, practice papers, mock tests and academic content.
* Track student progress through regular assessments and provide academic mentoring wherever required.
* Represent the organisation in academic sessions, seminars, workshops, demonstrations and other academic initiatives assigned by the organisation.
* Be willing to conduct academic sessions at different learning locations and participate in local travel and later within Karnataka whenever required.
* Support faculty recruitment by participating in technical evaluations, demonstration sessions and academic interviews whenever required.
* Contribute to curriculum enhancement, content review and continuous academic improvement.
* Maintain high academic standards, discipline and professional ethics while working collaboratively with the leadership team.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in coaching students for NEET, IIT-JEE, KCET and/or COMEDK. Candidates with strong School Academics experience may also be considered.
* Excellent subject knowledge, communication skills and classroom delivery.
* Comfortable working in a founder-led startup environment where ownership, accountability and adaptability are valued.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with confidence in using digital teaching platforms and technology.
* Candidates should have access to a personal laptop during the initial onboarding and work-from-home phase. The organisation will provide the required work equipment as operations transition to the next phase.
* Willingness to contribute beyond teaching by supporting academic planning, mentoring, institutional initiatives and organisational growth.
* Candidates relocating from outside Bengaluru should be willing to relocate upon selection.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment where responsibilities evolve as the organisation grows.
Work Model
* This is a full-time position.
* The role will commence with a structured work-from-home onboarding phase, along with periodic in-person meetings with the Founder and Leadership Team in Bengaluru.
* As the academic operations transition to the next phase, faculty members will move into classroom-based teaching and institutional responsibilities.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
