Gen AI Developer - Senior associate -Kolkata / Bangalore
We are looking for experienced software developers with:
*strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth coordination
*experience with migrating legacy enterprise apps into microservice architecture along with data migration
*ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
*good verbal and written communication skills
*ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Years of experience required
Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI ).
Build, secure, and scale APIs (REST, GraphQL , gRPC ).
Implement LLM agent workflows, prompt engineering, and orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain , LangGraph , Semantic Kernel, Autogen .
Design and deploy RAG pipelines integrating vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant , Chroma, Weaviate , etc.).
Develop AI-powered search frameworks leveraging Azure AI Search, Elastic + AI, or similar.
Write clean, modular, and production-grade code following MVC principles.
Collaborate with other engineers and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI apps
Backend Development: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI , MVC architecture.
APIs: API design, integration, and management.
Gen AI & LLMs: Prompt engineering , LLM agent development , Gen AI app development.
Frameworks: LangChain , LangGraph , Semantic Kernel, Autogen (or equivalents).
Vector DBs & RAG: Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
LLMs: Exposure to both open-source and cloud-hosted models (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA , etc.).
