Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RESTful APIs & microservices using Java / Spring Boot on the RakuRaku framework
- Build and optimize relational database schemas (PostgreSQL / MySQL) for MES data models
- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and IoT sensors via OPC-UA and MQTT protocols
- Develop React / Angular dashboards for real-time production KPIs, OEE metrics, and work orders
- Implement WIP tracking, production scheduling, quality management, and traceability modules
- Write unit & integration tests (JUnit, Mockito); maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
- Containerize services with Docker and support Kubernetes deployments
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering standards

Work Experience
- 5+ years of professional development experience; 2+ years in Java fullstack projects
- Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data
- RakuRaku framework proficiency, or a strong track record of adopting enterprise Java frameworks quickly
- Frontend skills: React or Angular, state management (Redux / NgRx), REST / GraphQL
- SQL expertise — query optimization, indexing, and transaction management
- Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ for event-driven architecture
- Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Agile / Scrum methodologies
Nice to Have
- MES platform experience (Siemens Opcenter, Tulip, Rockwell Plex, or custom solutions)
- Familiarity with ISA-95 / ISA-88 manufacturing standards
- Time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB) and OPC-UA / MQTT hands-on experience
- AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud deployment; Oracle Certified Professional (Java)
