Job Summary

ServiceNow Technical/Functional Consultant, Project Manager.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\nConduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand ITSM and business process needs.\\\\r\\\\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.\\\\r\\\\nConfigure and support ServiceNow modules such as: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)\\\\r\\\\nService Catalog\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge Management\\\\r\\\\nCMDB\\\\r\\\\nAsset Management\\\\r\\\\nITOM (preferred)\\\\r\\\\nITAM (preferred)\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDesign and review workflows, catalog items, approval processes, and service offerings.\\\\r\\\\nWork closely with developers and administrators to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.\\\\r\\\\nSupport UAT planning, execution, defect management, and solution validation.\\\\r\\\\nFacilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates.\\\\r\\\\nCreate process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge articles.\\\\r\\\\nDrive continuous service improvement and process optimization initiatives.\\\\r\\\\nEnsure solutions align with ITIL best practices and organizational governance standards.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.\\\\r\\\\nExperience with ITSM processes and ITIL framework.\\\\r\\\\nHands-on experience in ServiceNow requirement gathering and solution design.\\\\r\\\\nAbility to create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\\\\r\\\\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\\\\r\\\\nExperience conducting workshops and business process assessments.\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Request Fulfillment processes.\\\\r\\\\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).\\\\r\\\\nServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, etc.).\\\\r\\\\nExperience in large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.\\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of integrations with Azure, Active Directory, monitoring tools, and third-party systems.\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge of Asset Management and Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates. Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge articles. Drive continuous service improvement and process optimization initiatives. Ensure solutions align with ITIL best practices and organizational governance standards. Required Skills Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities. Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL framework. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow requirement gathering and solution design. Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience conducting workshops and business process assessments. Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Request Fulfillment processes. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator). ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, etc.). Experience in large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. Understanding of integrations with Azure, Active Directory, monitoring tools, and third-party systems. Knowledge of Asset Management and Discovery.
