As part of the Program Management Office, the Senior Project Manager works directly with Project Owners to coordinate key projects for the business. These projects will vary and may include the implementation of new processes or improvement to existing processes. Strong project coordination skills are required. Duties will include all aspects of planning and execution including: periodic communication, project timeline, resource and budget management, requirements definition and logistics definition. This role will work with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to successfully deliver solutions.

At least 8-years of experience in a project management role
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Direct work experience in a project management capacity.

Track record of delivering successful projects in complex environments.

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and cross functional team

Define, measure and communicate various key metrics related to process, programs and products.

Support business transformation efforts to increase organizational capacity through simplification, standardization and automation.

Work with the project owner to define project goals, identify requirements, assign resources, create timelines and periodic communication of project status.

Influences timelines, expectations, and proactively negotiates across departments and functional management

Create and execute project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.

Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Schedule project follow-up meetings as needed.

Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.

Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Assemble and coordinate project teams.

Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations.

Consolidate input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.

Work with the project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, tasks, and project assignments.
