Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller & Receptionist role based in the Mohali district. The Telecaller & Receptionist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide basic information about immigration services and processes. The role includes documenting call details, updating client records, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls as needed. The Telecaller & Receptionist will coordinate with counselors and other team members to ensure accurate information is shared and client queries are resolved promptly. The position requires consistent professionalism on calls, adherence to company scripts and guidelines, and meeting daily and weekly call targets.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

- Attend visitors and provide basic information about company services.

- Follow up with leads and potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.

- Schedule appointments and maintain daily call records.

- Explain services, offers, and basic process details to clients.

- Coordinate with the sales/consulting team for client appointments.

- Maintain reception area and handle basic administrative tasks.

- Maintain customer information and follow-up records.

- Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

- Freshers can also apply preferred skilled worker .

- Previous experience in telecalling, reception, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good Hindi, Punjabi and English communication.

- Confident and polite telephone manner.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Good convincing and follow-up skills.

- Presentable and professional personality.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
