Position Overview
Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to support the company's expansion of its dealer and distributor network across India. This is an office-based sales and business development role primarily focused on outbound telecalling, lead generation, dealer acquisition, appointment scheduling, and maintaining relationships with prospective channel partners.
The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential dealers, distributors, electrical wholesalers, solar installers, EPC companies, and retailers across various states including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Bihar, and other expansion territories.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify prospective dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and EPC companies through available databases, online sources, and market research.
- Make outbound calls to prospective channel partners to introduce Statcon's solar products and business opportunities.
- Explain the features, advantages, and commercial benefits of Statcon's solar inverter portfolio.
- Generate qualified dealer and distributor leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, online meetings, and follow-up discussions with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads until closure or successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Team regarding qualified leads and dealer onboarding.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, product launches, dealer recruitment drives, and marketing initiatives.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, dealer feedback, and regional opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
- Prepare regular activity reports and submit progress updates to the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, customer support, business development, or channel sales will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical or Non-Technical). Diploma holders may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi are mandatory.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email communication, and internet browsing.
- Basic understanding of the solar industry or electrical products will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated personality, and willingness to learn.
Employment Prerequisites
- Location: Statcon Powtech Private Limited, D-29, Sector-59, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Full-time office-based position.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound business calls every day.
- Focus on dealer and distributor development across multiple Indian states.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
