- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-3 years of experience in training content development, instructional design, learning & development, or curriculum design.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Developer to design impactful learning solutions for healthcare professionals. The role involves developing engaging, practical, and learner-centric training content focused on soft skills, behavioural skills, communication, patient engagement, professional effectiveness, leadership, and workplace excellence for healthcare audiences such as nurses, doctors, pharmacists, technicians, and allied healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong content writing skills, an understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to translate behavioural concepts into practical learning experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development
- Develop training modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, assessments, and learning activities.

Learning Design
- Design learner-centric content using instructional design methodologies.
- Create interactive activities, role plays, case studies, simulations, quizzes, and reflective exercises.
- Adapt content to suit different learner groups including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
Research & Validation
- Conduct literature reviews and benchmark best practices in healthcare education and behavioural sciences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical and contextual relevance.
- Update content periodically based on learner feedback and evolving industry needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with trainers, psychologists, healthcare experts, and program managers.
- Support facilitation teams with content customization and improvements.
- Develop customized training solutions based on client requirements.
Digital Learning Support
- Create content for virtual learning platforms and blended learning programs.
- Develop micro-learning assets, videos, infographics, and digital learning materials.
