Position: Finance Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor communication, payments, and query resolution.
Handle petty cash transactions with proper tracking and reconciliation.
Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
Track expenses and prepare reports as per company policies.
Maintain financial records and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Provide administrative support and assist in report preparation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial processes.
Collaborate with teams to support smooth business operations.

Requirements

B. Com preferred in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance/admin roles.
NGO experience is an added advantage.
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
Candidates based in Bangalore preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
