HR Executive – Jewellery Company

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities for our jewellery design and manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be good at employee management, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, company policies, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process.
Handle employee attendance, leave, and daily HR records.
Maintain employee files, documents, and HR records.
Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and requirements.
Assist in payroll and salary-related activities.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and company policies.
Conduct employee meetings and resolve workplace issues.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
Help create and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support management in employee performance evaluation and incentives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of HR experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Experience in a jewellery/manufacturing company will be an advantage.
