Full job description

About the Role

Marketocrat is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content and the ability to translate ideas and marketing objectives into compelling designs.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to design high-quality visual content across digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media creatives, presentations, banners, and other marketing assets
Handle day-to-day graphic design requirements across ongoing projects
Maintain consistency in visual identity and branding across deliverables
Edit and revise creatives based on internal feedback and project requirements
Manage assigned tasks responsibly while meeting deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and design initiatives
Create visual content for digital marketing and communication purposes
Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on campaign requirements
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design
Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as:
CorelDRAW
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva
Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color balance, and composition
Good attention to detail and creative thinking
Ability to manage tasks independently and work collaboratively within a team
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with social media design trends
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
Familiarity with AI-based creative tools is a plus
Understanding of digital marketing and social media content is an added advantage
