Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of professional experience in roads and highways design.
Proven experience delivering infrastructure and land development projects in the UAE region.
Strong understanding of local authority standards, approval processes, and design requirements.
Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX, OpenRoads, or similar).
Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.
