Job Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of multiple audits and the development of the audit team by:

Leading high-profile audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards.
Allocating resources effectively and overseeing the execution of audit plans.
Reviewing and signing off on audit reports, focusing on significant findings.
Providing mentorship and development opportunities for Audit Managers and junior staff.
Engaging with clients to discuss audit results and recommend process improvements.
Monitoring industry changes and updating audit methodologies as necessary.
Ensuring value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment.
Keeping your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars/trainings for clients/articles and managers as and when required.
Informing the Reporting Partner of all the critical/important issues regarding the clients you are managing.
