Role description
Salesforce Lead / Developer
Experience Range : 6–9 years of overall IT industry experience.
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, configuration, and customization.
Strong development/coding experience specifically in LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Integrations, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript frameworks, and related Salesforce technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify multiple technical solutions/approaches.

Object-oriented programming experience in J2EE/Java or .NET.
Experience with Apex Data Loader or other ETL tools.
Testing & Deployment
Strong understanding of Salesforce unit testing and test class best practices.
Ability to develop test cases covering both positive and negative scenarios.
Hands-on experience with production deployments using:

Experience troubleshooting and resolving deployment errors.

Must Have:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
App Builder Certification
Good-to-Have Skills
Platform Developer II / Advanced Developer Certification
DEV 501 or Platform Developer II, preferably completed in full.
Advanced Administrator (ADM301) certification.
Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Prior experience with Java/.NET technologies.
Experience with Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or MuleSoft.
Experience in the Healthcare Payer domain.
Experience working with Google APIs and other external APIs.
Additional JavaScript framework experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on LWC and OmniStudio.
Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce applications.
Work closely with US-based/onsite Salesforce development teams for knowledge transition and project delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning, integrations, and related Salesforce components.
Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, testing, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot technical issues, deployment errors, and integration problems.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, security standards, and coding standards.
