Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our content requirements across our website, blogs, social media and marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of SEO, and the ability to create engaging content for different platforms.

This is a hands-on content role. The candidate will be responsible for the complete content lifecycle from research and ideation to writing, SEO optimization, social media content, creative copy, publishing and performance analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research, write and maintain high-quality, SEO-friendly blogs and articles.
Create and update website content, including service pages, FAQs and landing pages.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO and search intent.
Handle basic on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings and internal linking.
Create content, captions and ideas for social media platforms.
Develop hooks, scripts and captions for Reels and short-form videos.
Provide headlines, taglines, CTAs and copy for posters and marketing creatives.
Maintain a content calendar for blogs, website and social media.
Research trending topics and competitor content to generate new ideas.
Work with designers and video editors to execute content requirements.
Monitor basic content performance and improve content based on results.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong English grammar and writing skills.
Good understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Knowledge of keyword research and tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Ability to write for websites, blogs and social media.
Creative thinking and strong research skills.
Ability to create engaging social media and short-form video content.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in content writing, SEO or digital marketing is preferred.

Someone who is not limited to writing blogs, but is interested in taking ownership of the company's overall content requirements and contributing ideas across website, SEO, social media and marketing.
