Full job description

ARNC is actively recruiting a high-performance Sales & Business Development Intern to drive end-to-end customer acquisition. This role owns the full sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to finalizing contracts with converted clients in the manufacturing, supply chain, and B2B SaaS sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Execute aggressive outbound lead generation targeting decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, IT Directors) in manufacturing, supply chain, and SaaS verticals.
Manage the complete sales funnel from initial cold outreach to booking pilot programs and closing fully paying, referenceable customers.
Articulate the cost savings and native compliance benefits (such as real-time GST, e-invoicing, and MSME 45-day tracking) built into the Work96 platform.
Maintain rigorous CRM data hygiene and deliver weekly conversion pipeline reports to the founding team.
Leverage industry networks and associations to convert initial leads into closed deals to help achieve the company's Q3 target of 10 paying customers.

Candidate Requirements

Proven grit and a strong desire to independently run a full-cycle sales process, prioritizing closed revenue over basic lead hand-offs.
Fundamental understanding of SaaS economics, basic ERP mechanics, and the operational pain points of Indian mid-market businesses.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex software value propositions to non-technical business owners.
Ability to work in a high-velocity, resource-constrained startup environment where initial sales bypass expensive marketing.

Compensation & Structure

Base monthly stipend.
Aggressive, uncapped commission structure directly tied to the number of converted, paying clients.
Direct pathway to a full-time Sales Executive role based on achieving core conversion milestones.
