The Assistant Vice President – Insurance Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, and leading the overall insurance business across Life, Health, and General Insurance verticals. The role will focus on sales strategy, channel development, insurer partnerships, customer acquisition, and team leadership while ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations and organizational compliance standards.
The incumbent will play a key role in building scalable insurance distribution models through branch, digital, telesales, and strategic partnership channels to achieve business growth and profitability objectives.

Develop and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy for the insurance business across Life, Health, and General Insurance segments.

Ensure ongoing training and certification of teams as per IRDAI requirements.

15–18 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Distribution, Corporate Agency, Broking, or Bancassurance businesses.

Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role managing large insurance sales teams and distribution functions.

Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and business expansion targets.

Strong understanding of Life, Health, and General Insurance products and distribution models.

Good knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance frameworks.
