Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Mergers & Acquisitions and PDM! In this role the Product Data Integration Specialist has a role within the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Product Data Team and is responsible for using their product knowledge to match & create new items throughout the M&A Team's conversion process Responsibilities: - Create maintain and update product information in ER Ps and MDM systems to support business goals. - Manage workflow and intake requests through UI for product data updates and integration. - Manage the full lifecycle of product dataincluding intake creation maintenance and discontinuationacross multiple MDM PIM and ERP systems ensuring strict adherence to data governance standards and quality controls - Collaborate with cross-functional teams led by Product data stewards including EHS category management warehouse shipping and transportationto ensure data standardization and align product data requirements across all omnichannel platforms - Perform data audits and implement corrective actions to maintain high data integrity. - Analyze product data sourced from acquisition business units to identify matches within Oracle or determine need for new product SK Us; - create new SK Us when needed. - Participate in or lead daily weekly or monthly meetings; - review track and report on project statuses; - identify deviations or adverse trends; - develop reports for leadership as needed. - Provide status information to all project stakeholders escalating risks to managers as needed. - Monitor external feedback and incorporate it into the M&A Product Data Team's processes. - Facilitate task completion with project teams across the company. - Contribute to non-conversion-related tasks/projects assigned to the M&A Data Team. - Highlight and take appropriate help from the lead on SOP deviations or issue - Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue - Participate in idea generation and improvement activities - Update /maintain SOP - Take signoff on SOP from client as per agreed timelines - Support special projects as needed
