KashPark Innovations is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to expand our client base across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Canada, and other international markets.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling IT services, software development services, SaaS solutions, digital products, or technology consulting services to overseas clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and other international markets.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and business platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with international prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.
- Attend international virtual meetings and conferences when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required QualificationsMandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international business development.
- Proven experience dealing with clients from the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or similar markets.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, SaaS products, mobile applications, web development, or digital solutions.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience handling client negotiations and closing deals independently.
- Ability to work according to international time zones when required.
Preferred
- Experience selling custom software development services.
- Existing network of international clients or business contacts.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of proposal writing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.

Fixed Salary: Based on experience and performance
