ABOUT SWANK AUTOCARE
Swank Autocare is a premium, technology-driven car-care brand based in
Bangalore. We operate Bangalore's fully touchless, water-recycling car
wash and detailing studio in Sarjapur, and offer high-end services
including ceramic coating, graphene coating, Paint Protection Film (PPF),
sunfilm, denting & painting, and accessories — with free pickup & drop
across Bangalore. We are scaling toward a multi-store network and the
next 12 months are the most exciting phase of the company.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a sharp, customer-first Sales & Front Desk Executive
who will own three things at our Sarjapur studio:
1. Customer experience at the front desk
2. Sales conversion of incoming leads (WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DMs
from our Google and Meta ad campaigns)
3. Store inventory management — weekly stock counts, vendor ordering,
ensuring zero stock-outs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Be the warm, professional face of Swank for every walk-in customer
- Manage bookings, billing, payments, and customer entries on our system
- Pitch and sell yearly wash subscriptions to walk-in customers
- Send post-service WhatsApp updates and Google review requests
- Handle queries and complaints with care; escalate to founders when needed
Sales — Inbound Leads
- Respond to every lead (WhatsApp, phone, Instagram DM) within 5 minutes
- Qualify leads: car model, service requested, location, urgency
- Convert wash + subscription, PPF/coating leads
- Follow up on warm leads that don't convert immediately
- Maintain a clean lead tracker with channel attribution
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Conduct full physical stock count every Monday morning
- Maintain PAR levels for service consumables and retail accessories
- Place vendor reorders at threshold, with founder approval
- Track vendor performance: lead times, quality, pricing, payment terms
- Prevent stock-outs that disrupt service delivery
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Graduate degree (any stream)
- Good written and spoken English
- Fluent Hindi
- Comfortable with smartphone tools — WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets,
Excel, Instagram, basic calendar tools
- Strong customer instinct — warm, calm under pressure, sells without
being pushy
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Detail-oriented and organised; capable of running a weekly stock count
without being reminded
- Willing to work 6 days a week on-site at Sarjapur, including most
weekends (one rotating weekly off)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or
service businesses
- Familiarity with any ERP / accounting system (SAP, Tally, Zoho)
- Conversational Kannada (for vendor and walk-in interactions)- optional
- Interest in cars, design, or automotive culture
- Basic exposure to digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹23,000/month (depending on experience)
- Food allowance: ₹2,500/month
- Performance incentive: up to ₹5,000/month based on monthly targets
