Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Administrator with 3–4 years of experience in managing Windows-based infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless user access, maintaining system security, and providing L1/L2 technical support across enterprise environments.
The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, and the ability to support end users while maintaining system reliability and security.
Key ResponsibilitiesActive Directory & Identity Management
- Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments.
- Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
- Configure and manage Group Policies (GPOs).
- Troubleshoot account lockouts, login failures, password-related issues, and AD replication concerns.
- Support Azure AD integration and hybrid identity environments.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Handle mailbox creation, migration, permissions, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Manage Microsoft 365 license allocation and user provisioning.
- Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Conditional Access policies.
Windows Server Administration
- Provide administration and support for Windows Server environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure server availability.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and access permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and system updates.
- Assist with backup and recovery activities.
Infrastructure & End User Support
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows operating systems and related services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to login, authentication, VPN connectivity, email access, network access, and application permissions.
- Support remote users using remote administration and support tools.
- Manage and resolve incidents through ITSM platforms.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and best practices.
- Support identity and access management initiatives.
- Assist in implementing security controls and access governance.
- Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain records of incidents, service requests, and change activities.
- Generate reports related to system performance, user management, and support activities.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Experience managing Azure AD and hybrid cloud environments.
- Good understanding of Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access policies.
- Experience with Windows Server Administration.
- Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Freshservice, or similar platforms.
- Basic PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with remote support and endpoint management tools.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, or Windows Server certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
