What we are Looking For : We are looking for 6-10 Years relevant experience in modules like Talent, ORC, Benefits The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective HR transformation initiatives.
Job Description :
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) :
- Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions.
- Manage recruiting workflows, requisition approvals, candidate lifecycle, and offer management.
- Configure career sites, candidate experience, interview scheduling, and recruiting analytics.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes and integrations.
Talent Management :
- Configure and support Performance Management, Goal Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning.
- Implement Talent Review and Talent Profile functionalities.
- Configure talent rating models, competency frameworks, and evaluation processes.
- Work closely with HR teams to optimize talent management processes.
- Support annual performance review cycles and talent assessments.
Benefits :
- Configure and maintain Benefits programs, plans, options, and eligibility profiles.
- Manage life events, enrollment processes, rates, and benefits administration.
- Support open enrollment activities and benefits reporting.
- Troubleshoot benefits-related issues and provide functional support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management
- Oracle Benefits
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of HCM security, approvals, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loaders, and Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Strong understanding of Core HR processes.
- Experience in UAT, SIT, and production support activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Resolve production issues and implement enhancements.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, or Learning modules.
- Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle HCM Extracts.
- Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies
