Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead who can drive brand identity, visual storytelling, and creative execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in branding and has successfully led a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality, consistent, and performance-driven creatives. You will be responsible for owning the brand’s visual language and ensuring all design outputs align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and creative professionals
Define and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and visual systems
Oversee design execution for marketing campaigns, ads, social media, website, and product creatives
Translate business and marketing objectives into high-impact visual concepts
Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints
Review, guide, and improve team output through feedback and direction
Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative workflows

Experience:

4–8 years of experience in graphic design and branding
Proven track record of building and scaling brand identities and visual systems
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
Hands-on experience in delivering creatives for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
Prior experience working with D2C brands, agencies, or high-growth startups (preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and design consistency across platforms

Skills & Tools Required:

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in Figma / Canva for digital and collaborative design
Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar)
Creative direction and visual storytelling skills
Team leadership and project management
Understanding of digital marketing creatives (ads, social media, performance creatives)
