Job Title: Front Office Executive

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor. Manage the visitor management system (VMS) to ensure security protocols are followed.
Communication Hub: Direct incoming calls, manage the central email inbox, and handle digital inquiries via web chat or social platforms.
Administrative Support: Assist departments with data entry, document scanning, filing, and preparing reports. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate catering for executive meetings.
Facility Coordination: Monitor the reception and lobby areas to ensure they are tidy and representable. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for any repairs or cleaning needs.
Logistics & Supplies: Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers. Maintain an inventory of office and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed to stay within budget.
Security & Safety: Act as the first line of defense by monitoring building access and maintaining an accurate log of personnel and visitors for emergency evacuations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front office, guest relations, or administrative role.
Tech Proficiency: High competency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace. Experience with RCSS Software is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on "active listening."
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, high emotional intelligence (EQ) for handling difficult guests, and strong problem-solving abilities.
