Full job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Associate Software Engineers to join our expanding engineering team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will support the development and enhancement of innovative web applications. You’ll be expected to learn existing systems quickly, contribute to their expansion, and grow alongside a fast-paced product team.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career developers who are eager to apply their foundational skills and expand their expertise across modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js ,MongoDB, Express.js,)
Follow clean coding practices and contribute to code reviews, version control, and test-driven development.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and quality assurance.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress updates
Write modular and reusable code, and maintain documentation of development processes
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness
Proactively identify technical issues and propose practical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js, Express.js
Proficient in working with MongoDB or MySQL
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts
Knowledge of Git for version control
B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent field
6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in a development or technical support role
Exposure to web development projects during academic or internship experience is a plus

Good to Have:

Exposure to GraphQL, Microservices Architecture, or Serverless Frameworks
Basic understanding of AWS services
Experience with tools such as Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, and Linters
Strong foundation in JavaScript and object-oriented design principles
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Eager to learn, take initiative, and follow through on tasks independentl
Open to constructive feedback and adaptable in team-based environments
Able to handle new challenges and complex scenarios with a solution-first mindset
Good communication skills for status updates, documentation, and collaborative work
